In Memory of CJ (Cassidy Jack) - 9/26/2011
Cj Cassidy Jack held on for over a month and a half and made it to his 12 birthday. September 9th he showed improvement but then took a turn for the worse.

We miss you

    Sorry for sometimes they hang on for us but you did right thing and gave him peace
